  • OUR SKIING HOLIDAY

    Hello everybody:wave:
Are you as well as we are? I don't think so, because you haven't been to skiing trip with us. We didn't travel very far from our town-Kosice, but still it was a very nice place with mountains and forests covered in snow. We spent there 6 days. We had a good time there especially when learning how to ski and to ride a snowboard. At the beginning it was a bit difficult but day by day it was better and in the end everybody survived going down steep slope on skis or snowboard.8| Except of it we spent the rest of time having even more fun at the disco or snowball fighting. What do you think would you like to be there with us?:) We have to finish now:'(

Our headmaster went to finland because the school marks(about English lessons) were very good. He found out that this was because everybody there watches original version films. Because of that their English level is very high.
Here we watch doubled films(in spanish or basque). And there?do you watch doubled or original version films? what do you think about this??

  • OUR WEEKENDS

    Hello friends,

This is our first contribution to this blog and we would like to speak about the things we do at weekends. First of all we would like to comment what we do during the day. Normally on Saturdays we practise some sports like handball, football, swimming, basketball...apart from this some of us play in music bands, and sometimes we play concerts. At nights we go to the bars to drink some beers and stay with friends until 2 or 3 o´clock in the morning. On Sunday afternoons we just meet our friends and go to the youth center.

What do you think about our habits? What about yours?

  • practising English in America

Today we have received the visit of some members of an American organisation called young life (www.younlife.org if you want to get more information)who came to infom us about the American way of living. This organisation offers different programmes such as a year long exchange, the possibility to work for the USA Parks service during the summer months and a month stay with an American family what includes a week at a young camp.If you choose this last option you only have to pay for the trip and the camp.Families don´t get any money as their aim is to meet people and show their culture to the rest of the world. Some of our students have already taken part in the above mentioned activities and the experience was great. If you are interested in getting in touch with them this is the e-mail of the people in charge:janerobinson@yahoo.com
What do you think about it?
